On the seventh day of Cruise’mas my true love gave to me – a rather nice pink cocktail.
Name the cocktail in the video and you could be enjoying drinks by the pool on board a 3 night cruise for you and 3 friends.

Sydney sling?
1 1/2 oz white rum
1 oz cherry brandy
1/2 oz triple sec
1/3 oz Yellow Chartreuse®
3/4 oz lime juice
2 oz pineapple juice
1 1/2 oz orange juice
1 dash Angostura® bitters
its got bitters and benedictine….singapore sling??
Probably Singapore Sling, but can be made so many diff. ways.
SINGAPORE SLING
Ingredients (serves 2)
Ice cubes
60ml (1/4 cup) gin
30ml cherry brandy
15ml Cointreau liqueur
15ml Benedictine liqueur (see note)
250ml (1 cup) chilled pineapple juice
1 tbs fresh lime juice
6 drops Angostura bitters
Ice cubes, extra, coarsely crushed
Pineapple leaf or fresh mint leaves, to decorate
Method
Fill two-thirds of a large cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Add gin, brandy, Cointreau, pineapple juice, lime juice and bitters. Shake until well combined.
Fill two-thirds of 2 tall serving glasses with the crushed ice cubes. Pour cocktail into the glasses. Add a pineapple leaf or a few mint leaves to decorate. Serve.

I’m going to say Singapore Sling as well although all the recipies I’ve found have Grenadine and this drink shown doesn’t.
